An expert in good governance, anti-corruption, and European integration, with extensive experience in implementing systemic reforms. He holds degrees in Economic Policy from NaUKMA and in Business Analysis and Consulting from Warwick Business School. Andrii has worked as an investment analyst and led a reform initiative at the Prosecutor General’s Office.

Since 2016, Andrii has been with Transparency International Ukraine, serving as Executive Director since 2019. Under his leadership, TI Ukraine developed and transferred the Prozvit and Prozorro.Sales portals to the government, significantly reducing corruption in public asset management. He also launched the TransparentCities Rating, covering the 100 largest cities in Ukraine. Andrii actively works on adapting Ukrainian institutions to EU standards in anti-corruption and public governance and is a member of the UNCAC Steering Committee, NAKO, and UNIC. He has also contributed to the Public Oversight Council of NABU and the selection commission for the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office.
