Volodymyr Dehtyarov
Public Affairs Officer for the 13th National Guard Brigade of Ukraine, Khartiia
Before joining Khartiia in July 2024, he managed communications and leadership development projects at the Command of Territorial Defense Forces of Ukraine from 2022 to 2024. In 2022, he fought as an enlisted private in the Kharkiv region. Prior to Russia’s full-scale invasion, he was the CEO and a partner at Newsfront Communications Agency from 2012 to 2022.
He holds certifications from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (diploma), the Junior Officers Tactical Awareness Course (UK, certificate), and the Swedish Institute Management Program.
Currently, he teaches a Public Communications course at the Kyiv School of Economics as part of the Master of Public Administration program, a role he has held since 2023.
