Olga Dukhnich
The Head of the Demography and Migration division at the Frontier Institute and journalist at NV.UA
She holds a PhD in Psychology, with a focus on social psychology, cross-cultural psychology, and the psychology of interethnic interaction. Olga is a researcher of socio-political processes, communities, and identities, and also works as a trainer for educational projects. She brings over ten years of journalism experience and twenty years in research to her roles.
Olga graduated from V.I. Vernadsky Taurida National University in Simferopol, where she later lectured in social psychology at the faculties of psychology and philosophy. Her research explored various dimensions of interethnic interaction among Ukrainians, Crimean Tatars, and Russians in Crimea.
In 2014, she moved to Kyiv and, since May of that year, has been a journalist and editor of the Interview section at NV.UA magazine, while also contributing to the NV.UA website. Since 2023, she has worked as an expert with Rating Lab. In the fall of 2024, she joined the Frontier Institute, where she now leads the Demography and Migration division.
