Kateryna Kalytko
Ukrainian writer, poet, and translator
Kateryna Kalytko has authored over ten collections of poetry and short fiction, with her works translated into English, German, Polish, Armenian, Lithuanian, Slovenian, Serbian, Italian, and Hebrew. A skilled translator of Balkan languages, she has earned multiple awards for her translations. Kateryna has received numerous Ukrainian and international literary honors, including the prestigious Taras Shevchenko National Prize in 2023, Ukraine’s highest cultural award. She is a member of PEN Ukraine.
